When I read this devotion at 8:20am I couldn't remember if I had praised God and I have been up since 5am or not. But after reading it I most certainly did.

first as we give honor to God and through Jesus Christ, "be still and know that I'am God". This sounds easy, and with the daily hustle to do what we do everyday.The ritual/practice of shutting everything down and inthat, acheiving the strenght to ignore the mind,durning such meditation is a task. Accept we thank God for all, oh holy spirit. Thank you for the reminder.
